Below you will find all the information we consider useful and the answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) for your stay in our bed and breakfast in Empoli.
At what time is it possible to check-in?
From 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
When booking, please indicate your estimated time of arrival. Since our bed and breakfast only has 4 rooms, we do not provide a continuous reception desk service. We therefore invite you to notify us in time of any changes.
For arrivals before or after the stated check-in time (4.00 pm - 8.00 pm) it is mandatory to contact our property in advance.
EARLY CHECK-IN If the arrival time is expected before 4.00 pm and the room is not yet available, you can check-in and leave the luggage in custody.
LATE CHECK-IN For arrivals after 8.00 pm, charges may be applied.
Upon check-in you must present a valid ID of each person accommodating at our facility, including minors.
At what time should I leave the room?
By 10.00 am on the day of departure.
LATE CHECK-OUT Upon request and depending on availability of our property you can leave the room after 10.00 am. For late check-out charges may be applied.
EARLY CHECK-OUT On departure you will only need to leave keys since balance of the stay is generally required upon arrival.
At what time is it possible to have breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 07.30 am to 10.00 am (from 08.00 am to 10.00 am on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
We kindly ask you to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances already at the time of booking, in order to ensure the best possible service.

Do you have private parking? | Where can I park?
HOMY BnB has no private parking. However, it is possible to park in public spaces for a fee both in via Salvagnoli, where HOMY BnB is situated, and in the areas of Piazza Gramsci, Piazza Matteotti and Piazza Guido Guerra, located about a hundred meters from our bed and breakfast.
Public parking payment times in our local area are 09.00 – 13.00 / 15.00 – 20.00, from Monday to Saturday.
For parking you can pay cash, by credit card and debit card in Contactless technology, with main devices (smartphones and smartwatches) equipped and enabled for payments in NFC technology or through apps such as Telepass Pay e mooneygo.

We are happy to host families and therefore we offer:
Any discounts for children and teenagers are subject to availability and available only for bookings made directly and/or on our website.
Is it possible to have a cot or crib in the room for an infant or toddler?
An infant cot bed, for children aged 0-2, may be added upon request in all of our rooms at HOMY BnB. Cot supplement is €10 per night.
Do you accept pets?
Small and medium size pets are allowed upon request for a fee. Generally, only one animal per room is allowed and we do our best to ensure that in our property there is no more than one pet at the same time.
In order to avoid unpleasant situations and/or possible damages, it is not possible to leave the animal unattended and/or alone in the room.
Pet supplement is €15 per night.
How do I book one or more rooms?
You can book directly online on our website, by sending an email or by phone.
When booking, a credit card number is required for payment with immediate charge or as a guarantee of your reservation.
Some promotional rates and/or special offers may be subject to prepayment of the entire stay. For bookings that involve non-refundable prepayment, the transaction will take place simultaneously to the insertion of the booking in our PMS (property management system). HOMY BnB will retain the booking after the transaction has been completed.
HOMY BnB reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card provided prior to arrival by requesting a pre-authorization.
Is it possible to change or cancel a booking?
Reservations made directly and/or on our website subject to the application of Flexible rates can be modified or canceled without penalty up to 1 day before the expected date of arrival.
Reservations made directly and/or on our website subject to the application of Standard rates can be modified or canceled without penalty up to 4 days before the expected date of arrival.
In case of NO-SHOW and for cancellations or changes after the indicated deadline, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Any cancellations and/or changes must be made directly online or communicated in writing via email.
In case of cancellation or change of a reservation with "Not Refundable rates” a penalty of 100% is applied, i.e. equal to the amount of the entire stay.

How can I pay?
We accept the following payment methods: cash, debit card and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). Checks are not accepted.
Do I have to pay a city tax?
Those who stay in one of the accommodations in the Municipality of Empoli are required to pay the city tax, equal to € 1 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Payment must be made to the facility manager who will issues a receipt.
